INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council from 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement and repeal of Directive 95//46/EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data). I agree that the personal data manager Radka Žižková, operator of the Žižka pension, 5598541 (IČO, personal identification number) with registered office at Rabyně 7, 252 08, processes my personal data (name and surname, date of birth, address of permanent residence and ID number) for the purpose of providing accommodation services, for an indefinite period of time or until I revoke this consent.
I confirm that I am familiar with my rights related to the processing of my personal data:
- to access your personal data, correct it or delete it, or restrict processing;
- object to the processing;
- for the portability of data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
- revoke consent to processing at any time;
- file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
I further confirm that I am familiar with the way my personal data is handled and processed:
- my personal data are processed only to the extent in which they were provided by me;
- the following operations are carried out with my data: entry in the accommodation book or to the registration form for foreigners, modifications in the event that I complete the more request modifications, search, sorting and disposal after the above-mentioned processing period has expired or after my consent has been revoked.
